Woodall Nicholson appoints Gustavo Marqueta to global role

Mellor and Treka Bus parent Woodall Nicholson has appointed Gustavo Marqueta as International Business Development Director. He joins from Alexander Dennis, where he held the same role for over 10 years.

Woodall Nicholson says the appointment of Gustavo “brings crucial senior level capability to the group and will help to drive forward the organisation’s ambitions to expands its international operations.” Prior to his career with ADL, Gustavo held various management positions within the international commercial vehicle business unit of Tata Motors.

Says Woodall Nicholson CEO Frank Barrett: “We have ambitious plans where Woodall Nicholson is aiming to grow rapidly in a number of new international markets, bolstering the business in its position as a global provider of both bus and specialist vehicles.

“I am confident that with Gustavo’s knowledge and experience, we will accelerate our growth internationally. Unquestionably, he will help us to identify the right opportunities for the business and to establish effective relationships with new clients and partners.”
