Paramount Conversions becomes sole UNVI agent in Ireland

Please note that there was an error in the headline text to this article in an email digest sent on Wednesday 14 July. To clarify, Paramount Conversions has been appointed the sole agent for UNVI in Ireland.

Paramount Conversions has been appointed the sole agent for UNVI in Ireland. It will sell and provide aftersales support for the established UNVI range, including the Mercedes-Benz-based Touring GT, Voyager GT and Vega EX and the Iveco-based Compa and M20, with examples held in stock at Paramount’s Tullamore, Co Offaly premises.

Says Paramount Managing Director Aidan Farrell: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with UNVI. It is a brand that we have wanted to work with since we founded our business in 2009.

“At Paramount Conversions we strive for growth and are always looking for way to improve our competitive edge.” He adds that the tie-up “is the ideal partnership opportunity” for both brands to expand in the Irish market.

Adds UNVI CEO Eloy Pérez: “A strong alliance has been forged in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era. This is a perfect synergy between two reliable, trustworthy, professional and committed manufacturers, both of which have vast experience of passenger-carrying vehicles, and that together have 35 years in the market in Ireland.”

The agreement for Paramount Conversions to supply UNVI products is supported Mercedes-Benz Ireland. It has no effect on Paramount’s own product line-up, which continues to be available in the UK through Whitburn, West Lothian-based Coachtraders.
