I started operating the then-PSV in 1971 with minibuses operating school runs, and it was then I got involved with access and I could see a huge future.
It has got to be a large worldwide market, and with people getting older, access is even more important.
I have written a book which I am sure all operators will find interesting. It is called Wheelchairs, Scooters and Sticks, available online and in some book shops.
