Coach holiday wholesaler Ashley and Newey says that bookings for its 2027 programme are already up by 6% compared to the period 12 months ago as the supplier predicts “a strong and sustained demand for high quality domestic leisure travel.”
The business adds that its 2027 portfolio offers “an expanded selection of coach holiday experiences across the UK and Ireland” for sale direct to coach operators.
A number of new tours and new hotel partnerships are within that collection that Ashley and Newey says will provide a fresh experience while maintaining the comfort and familiarity of escorted group travel.
Managing Director Shaun Read adds: “Most coach operators we work with are independent – partnership with Ashley and Newey improves their ability to provide an extensive range of holidays with minimal direct costs.
“Ashley and Newey also reduces the amount of time spent by tour managers/directors with instant online booking and 24/7 live availability for hundreds of packages, which especially suits those constrained by time.”
New breaks include Yorkshire wildlife, heritage and river cruise; Royals and Romans on the Isle of Wight; Summertime Serenity on the Isle of Wight; historic houses and gardens; Westport and wild Atlantic flavours in Ireland; the West Ireland Heritage Trail; and Westport, Connemara and Clew Bay.
Several new themed itineraries have also been introduced. They include New Year on the Isle of Wight; Loch Lomond, Inverary Castle and Haggis Experience; Agatha Christie Experience; Taste of Luxury in the Durham Dales; and Festive Beamish Christmas and Raby Castle.
New additions sit alongside a portfolio of what the supplier says are carefully curated tours covering England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and the Republic of Ireland.
“Whether travellers are seeking coastal escapes, iconic attractions or seasonal celebrations, the programme offers something for every interest and budget,” Ashley and Newey continues.
It provides comprehensive support for each trip including accommodation arrangements, ferry travel where applicable, itineraries, rooming, invoicing, marketing support, and driver notes.
