Construction of Pelican Bus and Coach’s new showroom and preparation centre for Yutong coaches in Castleford is forging ahead, with the building now weathertight, following the installation of glazing this week.
This centre – close to Pelican’s existing site, which also houses its extensive parts operation – is expected to open for business in November, followed by a formal launch
With 250 Yutong coaches on the road, and says Pelican Sales Manager Bob Elliott “many customers are returning for the fourth or fifth time,” the new site will enhance the dealership’s capacity.
