Freeway Fleet Systems has launched its fleet maintenance cost analysis software. It allows operators to accurately analyse the productivity and efficiency of their fleets, depots, staff and suppliers via easily-understood graphical reports.
Freeway provides the tools to flexibly and immediately identify trends across time, vehicle OEM and location.
Drag-and-drop cost analysis gives managers the ability to interactively slice, dice and graph data by manipulating all manner of variables relating to vehicles and reasons for downtime.
Big-picture trends are generated as a result, with the ability to drill down to understand causes of higher-than-expected costs. Productivity can be analysed by trade, staff and task, with comparisons possible.
Fuel consumption can also be analysed by vehicle OEM, model, region or route, and poor performance can be identified, allowing action to be taken.
Analysis is available in a variety of formats, including live smartphone-based access to KPIs, graphical analysis, printed reports, and scheduled email reports.
Data can be exported to Excel or in HTML and CSV formats and more than 200 standard open source reports are available. The Freeway database is also ODBC compliant.
