Launched in 2016, Goodyear’s vehicle-to-fleet operations management system aims to help operators predict tyre-related breakdowns and proactively schedule services.
Featuring advanced telematics and predictive analytics technology, Proactive Solutions uses intelligent computer algorithms, a wealth of data from Goodyear’s commercial tyre and service business, and clear, accurate reporting, so operators can identify and resolve issues before they happen.
There are two variations of products: Proactive tyre which includes tyre pressure, tread depth and temperature monitoring, and Proactive Fleet which is a system including track and trace and driver behaviour evaluation.
Operators can choose the package best for them depending on their specific requirements.
By investing in a system that not only collects data, but also analyses it, operators are able to work more proactively, reducing the costs associated with breakdowns – making for a more economically-beneficial fleet.
