Timespace Technology’s LANLink fleet management software enables coach and bus operators to manage footage downloads and to see at a glance the status of all installed CCTV systems.

CCTV health information is provided via traffic light colour indicators for each camera and digital video recorder (DVR), and can also be monitored via camera snapshots and email alerts.

CCTV footage can be downloaded manually, at scheduled times, or when triggered by alarms, CAN thresholds or GSensor data.  Other LANLink features include geo-fencing and GPS tracking, and Timespace has recently announced the development of in browser-playback for CCTV video footage.

Fleet DVR software can be upgraded via LANLink, and file security (password and/or encryption settings) can be set for multiple DVR units, enabling operators to manage CCTV footage in accordance with data protection requirements.

Timespace, one of the UK’s leading developers of digital video recorders for vehicle CCTV, has been designing and manufacturing products in Huntingdon since 1997.
