Paul Clark Services (PCS) is now in its 22nd year and is proud to continue serving the road transport industry, predominantly within the UK coach and bus sector.

The business provides quality engineering support and continues to expand with over 120 engineers working to provide a national network, seven days a week, year-round.

PCS’ client base has also steadily grown over the years. Along with the diversity of the type of work undertaken, with the business being a ZF UK services partner and a support provider to Cummins UK, significant investment continues in diagnostic equipment and training on ZF, Cummins and other new technologies.

Quality, environment, and health and safety are key components of the business ethos. PCS has been ISO9001 accredited for five years, with ISO14001 environmental and ISO45001 health and safety following shortly after.

The business is now using Big Change’s Job Watch app-based scheduling system to plan, schedule and manage its engineers across the UK.
