The Series-ER system is part of the company’s 20+ years of experience developing and integrating electric propulsion and accessory systems for buses.
It offers large on-board battery storage, allowing low and zero emission travel when needed, without the complication and expense of installing and managing charging infrastructures.
Series-ER is the natural step on a path to a fully electric solution:
- Provides up to 35% daily EV miles
- No charging infrastructure required, meaning no range challenges or fees
- Programmable operation allows for engine shutdown and all electric drive according to transit agency specifications
- No mechanical linkages between diesel range extender and axle allows for simple transition to all-electric.
With Series-ER, our optional plug-in capability and infrastructure in place, suppliers and operators will be on a path to fully electric solutions, when they’re ready.
