Ticketer has received a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation for its corporate excellence and innovation.
Ticketer won by demonstrating how its unique, ongoing product innovation has significantly improved its own commercial performance over the past five years while helping bus operators to enhance their passenger proposition.
Ticketer claims to be “the UK’s most innovative smart ticketing systems supplier,” adding that its machines are customised to operators’ needs, drive insights and provide information to help fuel revenue growth.
Says CEO John Clarfelt: “This has been a tremendous effort, not just from the Ticketer team but from our customers, friends and suppliers.
“I feel humbled to receive such a prestigious award. All we have done is bring alive what bus operators have asked the industry to deliver.”
Ticketer, which was founded in 2009, can now use the Queen’s Award emblem for the coming five years.
