Michelin has launched a coach tyre that delivers a potential mileage improvement of up to 16% over its predecessor.
The 295/80 R22.5 Michelin X Coach Z can be fitted on both steer and drive axles. It carries both the M+S and 3PMSF sidewall markings, which are indicative of its all-weather characteristics.
Combining Regenion and InfiniCoil technologies, Michelin says the tyre is suited to both regional and long-distance coach use.
A new groove design help to maintain the contact patch throughout the tyre’s life.
