Daimler Buses has handed over the first example of its zero-emission Mercedes-Benz eCitaro battery electric bus. It is part of an order for 20 placed by Hochbahn AG of Hamburg.
The eCitaro has a modular battery package and it includes a variety of technology to deliver the highest range possible. It is set to arrive in the UK in due course.
