TfL moves into ‘modern world’

The first China-built BCI hybrid for a trial with Go-Ahead on Transport for London (TfL) contracted route X68 (peak hours Croydon-Russell Square) duties has arrived at importer Ensign Bus.

In a major departure – and a first for TfL – it is a tri-axle with air-con, wi-fi, high back seats, with handholds rather than upper deck poles, at seat USB ports and seatback smartphone holders.
