On 12 April this year our friend and colleague Debbie Holbrook was diagnosed with myeloma cancer.

This was a terrible shock to all who know this fun-loving, bubbly, life-and-soul lady. Then on the 2 June came the devastating blow that Debbie has a second cancer, amyloidosis – a rare cancer that is still being researched.

On Thursday 18 January one of our drivers, Stephen Gaiger, is stepping forward to help raise money and awareness and will be having the snip… yes Steve is cutting off his locks!

Steve has only had his hair cut once, almost 20 years ago for his wedding day. Anyone who knows Steve knows how big this is for him. And although he is very attached, 'Ponytail Steve' will be no more.

The money raised will go to both Myeloma UK and Steve is also donating his hair to Little Princess Trust, who provide real wigs for children and young adults who have lost their hair to cancer.

Please help us to raise as much as we can. You can donate to our JustGiving fundraising page by going to www.justgiving.com/fundraising/angela-holidays
