The B8R SC5 is suitable ‘for narrow lanes or city streets’, says the operator

Bessway Travel of Wembley has taken delivery of a B8R with Sunsundegui SC5 bodywork, supplied by Volvo Bus (02476 210250).

The 10.3m coach is a 41-seater and it will be used on school trips, touring and private hire work in and around London, says Operations Director Simon Payne.

“One of the key advantages of the SC5 is that it has a small and compact design, but with 41 seats, it still gives us the passenger and luggage capacity that we require.

“It is highly flexible and suitable for narrow lanes or city streets.”
