The Association of Air Ambulances has congratulated the industry on its support after the formal presentation of £5,300 raised at the annual routeone Awards dinner, charity raffle.

Says National Director Clive Dickin: “On behalf of the air ambulance charities of the UK, we would like to thank everyone at the routeone Awards for their incredible support.

“The donation will go directly to impacting the lives of those most significantly unwell.

“Each day the UK air ambulances will be involved in approximately 70 missions, saving lives and improving the prognosis for patients.”
