Marshalls Coaches of Leighton Buzzard has taken delivery of two new Yutong GT14 coaches.

The PSVAR-compliant vehicles were among the first of 36 examples to arrive in the UK at dealership Pelican Bus and Coach.

The tri-axle diesel coaches are powered by a DAF MX-13 Euro VI engine with 483bhp and a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox.

One has been converted by Cobra Trim to a kitchen and tables so that it can be used for corporate hire and sports team use. This has brought available seating down to 43 from 61.

The other will be used mainly for private hire and tours.

The 14-metre-long vehicles add to Marshalls’ fleet of more than 40, which includes two new Yutong GT12 coaches the operator collected to mark its 50th anniversary last year.
