Thank you and goodbye

It was 46 years ago that I came into the coaching industry.

I started as a local bus driver, then progressing into coach driving, ending up as tour driver. After this there was only one way to go, operations. Then the next step was to go out on my own.

We took over AR Travel, based in Woburn Sands, Bedfordshire, in February 1997.

For the last 21 years, we have had a fantastic journey and have made many friends within the industry, we would like to say thanks to all that have helped us over the years.

Due to poor health, I had to surrender my PCV earlier this year and have found it very hard, so we have decided to close our doors and retire.

Our special thanks go to Paul Murdock and his team at Golden Boy Coaches and GB Fleet Maintenance who gave us trouble free motoring.

Once again, many thanks to all that know us and goodbye

Terry and Linda Hill
