Hundreds of years of combined work undertaken by 24 employees of Stagecoach East Midlands was honoured at the company’s Long Service Awards 2018 at the Lincolnshire Showground.
Staff including administration personnel, drivers, engineers, inspectors, maintenance crew and managers from across the company’s operating area were each presented with a commemorative award and a certificate.
Stephen Methven was awarded for 45 years’ service, James Waddell for 40 years and Mick Wooding for 35 years.
Those receiving awards for 30 years’ service were Keith Baker, Paul Coates, Andrew Dimbleby and Ian Prescott, while 25-year service awards were presented to Jon Donnelly, David Earl, Roger Phipps, Ken Saunders, Anthony Spong and Mark Wray. The 20-year long service award recipients were Kevin Bryant, Pauline Brown, Carole Chalmers, Caroline Creasey, Martyn Gill, Stephen Hesp, Karen Kirk, Mick Lang, Graham Renshaw, Martin Saunders and Steph Thompson.
