In regards to the feature about the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) extending into the PCV sector [routeone/Best practice/17 April], it just looks like more hoops to jump through – mainly biased towards Transport for London and the South East.
Great funding for management but limited for drivers.
What does a company have the most of? Doesn’t mention costs.
Would this really benefit a small operator based in the middle of nowhere with only a few vehicles?
It needs more explanation.
