Driver’s feature in recruitment drive film

Brighton and Hove has released a new recruitment film starring its drivers.

The company released the film to coincide with the run up to its recruitment events. Two of these events are aimed specifically at women.

Training Department Co-ordinator Paul Waite says: “Right from the outset, we wanted our drivers to talk about their jobs – rather than getting actors or scripting it – to give it a natural feeling.

“We covered as many possible aspects of a driver’s daily role and chose a cross-section of drivers that people could relate to.”
