Perthshire operator Earnside Coaches is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a limited edition i6S integral, supplied by Irizar UK (01909 500514).
The 12.9m coach is powered by a 410bhp DAF MX-11 engine driving through a ZF EcoLife gearbox.
It has 57 seats along with a toilet, making it suitable for a wide variety of work.
Earnside Coaches was founded by Director Gary Rutherford’s father. The i6S integral is its third DAF-powered Irizar.
“We took our first Irizar integral, an i6, in 2014. It proved to be very reliable,” says Gary. “We put our second on the road last year and there have been no dramas with it.” The latest coach is likely to stay in the fleet for five years.
