At Irizar we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional aftersales service. It is the utmost importance that in the event support is required that any issue is dealt with as efficiently as possible to minimise any disruption to your operation and maximise vehicle up-time.

Our aftersales team is continually looking for the most effective way to ensure our Customers receive the highest quality service.

In order to achieve this, we have a National Field Service Engineer team alongside full access to the DAF dealer network and specialist third party repairers. To further support this we also have a 24/7 technical helpline should you require assistance outside of working hours.

In addition to warranty work, our team of highly skilled engineers can support your operation with maintenance and service items on your new or used DAF powered Irizar Integral and more.

Irizar Training Courses are available to all owners of DAF powered Irizar Integral vehicles, whether purchased new or used – at three technical levels to ensure that your engineering team is empowered with knowledge to keep your vehicle moving.

Foundation – Familiarisation

Intermediate – Systems Design and Function with Diagnostics

Advanced – Advanced Diagnostics

Our foundation level course is suitable for supervisors, technicians, and maintenance personnel, covering product familiarization, parts identification and the eshop ordering process.

System design and function is an intermediate level course, suitable for technicians with a basic level of engineering competence.

The Advanced Diagnostics course enables delegates to carry out diagnostics with the IST, multimeter, test light, wiring diagrams and Moki.

iService is a digital platform developed by Irizar to enable customers of DAF powered Irizar Integral vehicles to access extensive information specific to your vehicle. The platform allows you to obtain Technical Documentation, the Parts Catalogue / Eshop and Maintenance material.

Genuine Irizar parts are provided to Irizar Integral operators throughout the UK in partnership with Master Part Truck and Bus. With an experienced team on hand to advise, Master Part hold a vast stock of genuine Irizar parts to ensure our customers can access exactly what they need without delay. With same day local delivery and next day national delivery, you can have peace of mind that the parts you need are never far away.
