First Travel Solutions (FTS) has appointed Darren Chadwick to take on the role of Client Account Director within its senior leadership team.
The First Bus subsidiary, which specialises in managed passenger transport, says Mr Chadwick will ensure service levels are met and exceeded and identify growth opportunities.
Previously, he has mainly worked in the supply chain sector and has some experience in rail.
Andy Scholey, Managing Director of First Travel Solutions, says: “We have seen huge growth in our business since COVID. In fact, we are exceeding pre-COVID business growth, and we know we can do even more. Darren brings with him some key experiences that will allow us to strengthen our proposition to current and future clients with better internal processes that will deliver an even better offer to all our customers.”
Mr Chadwick adds: “I am excited to be joining First Travel Solutions as we approach another busy year of managed transport solutions. I believe people are key to delivering managed transport, and we should look to learn from those around us.
