Thomas of Rhondda has taken delivery of a 14m tri-axle Irizar i6S integral, supplied by Irizar UK.

The PSVAR-compliant coach for the Porth operator seats 57 passengers, with amenities including magazine nets, drop-down tables, and footrests. USB charging points are also provided, as is a centre sunken toilet and a drinks machine.

Accessibility is via a Masats lift mounted over the drive axle to maximise luggage space, complemented by destination displays from Hanover. Entertainment comes from a Bosch Smart Series audio-visual system with three monitors, including two folding examples above the aisle.

The driver and courier seats are finished in leather for additional comfort and durability. Fitted is a DAF MX-13 engine developing 483bhp driving through a ZF Traxon automated manual gearbox.
