Coach Services’ latest Scania Irizar i6 is destined for use on tour work

Thetford, Norfolk-based Coach Services has taken delivery of a K 410 EB with Irizar i6 bodywork, supplied by Scania Great Britain (01909 500822).

At 13.2m, it has 57 upgraded i6 Plus seats with drop-down tables and three-point belts, along with a centre sunken toilet, a drinks machine, extra-tint windows and Alcoa Dura-Bright alloy wheels.

Says Operations Director Thomas Crawford: “We have been so pleased with the Scania Irizar i6 that we purchased in 2014 that when it came to looking for another new touring coach, the decision was an easy one.

“We have been especially impressed with the included two years’ repair and maintenance package, which gives us peace of mind as the coach will be touring throughout Europe.”
