Skills Coaches has added two Mercedes-Benz Tourismo M/2 models to its fleet, supplied by Daimler Buses UK.
They are among three 13m, two-axle Tourismo M/2 examples that will join the operator in 2024 and continue a strong programme of fleet investment by the Nottingham business.
The latest coaches represent repeat business for Skills, which has bought the Tourismo since 2018. They are finished in Leger Holidays’ Silver Service livery with a blue roof and include 40th anniversary decals to mark the Leger brand’s milestone.
In that guise, the coaches will be used on continental holiday operations. In recognition of their application, they are finished to a high specification. That includes what Daimler Buses UK describes as premium seat upholstery, USB charging points, and dark-tint glazing.
