Go-Ahead CEO David Brown has hit out at Oxford’s councils over the lack of access to a new shopping centre.
He says that Oxford Bus is engaging with the developer ahead of opening a large new shopping centre in central Oxford in October, to try to “ensure good ease of access to the shopping centre” for bus passengers.
“We are disappointed that the local authority is not currently enabling adequate bus access,” he told shareholders.
