As part of changes to guidance about the qualification and use of Section 22 permits, the Department for Transport (DfT) has changed the wording of the application forms (PSV368/PSV 372) for section 22 permit applications. The changes, made on 29 September, many relate to the explanation of ‘hire or reward’ to make it clearer about the specific requirements.
