Scania Family returns for a fourth series, with the docuseries focusing on our much-valued bus and coach customers

Filmed throughout 2023, it gives viewers a glimpse behind the doors of Scania’s customers’ operations and why they continue to use their vehicles.

Only available via Scania UK’s website and YouTube channel, the three episodes share the passion of the people striving to keep the UK moving.

Let’s meet the customers:

Episode 1: Bill’s Minibus & Coach Hire

“RELIABILITY WISE – ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!”

In our first stop of our tour, we meet former taxi driver Bill, who founded his family-run business in 2004. Together with his son Ryan, they talk us through their fleet and explain why they’re proud to operate used Scania coaches.

Episode 2: Stephensons of Essex

“SCANIA FOR ME STANDS FOR DEPENDABLE VEHICLES”

Next, we head to the South East to see Stephensons of Essex, which runs a fleet of Scania buses and go behind the scenes to see what it takes to provide a comfortable and timely service to their passengers.

Episode 3: JH Coaches

“THE NUMBER ONE CHOICE HAS BEEN SCANIA, IT’S JUST A NO-BRAINER TO US”

Our last stop on the tour is to the North East to meet the team behind JH Coaches. Well-known in the local area for providing coach tours the length and breadth of the UK and across Europe, we find out what it takes to keep those wheels turning.

Watch all episodes in Series 4.

Have you missed the first three series? Then you can catch-up via YouTube or the Scania UK website.

The original first series gave viewers exclusive insight into the lives of the frontline team tasked with keeping Scotland moving, as well as the challenges of moving a branch to a new location.

Series two focused more on Scania’s truck customers. As we got to know their operations better and some of the challenges they face going forwards.

Scania Assistance was the hero of series three, as we gave viewers insight into this vital service, as they celebrate their 25th anniversary.

While a one-off episode was filmed to celebrate franchised partner TruckEast opening their latest branch near Bury St. Edmunds last year.

Stay tuned!
