Bouden Coach Travel has taken its customer service to the next level by purchasing a new 63-seater Scania coach, specifically to cater to one client’s international tour mishap.

The client had booked a coach for a ski tour with the Birmingham operator in June 2018, but crisis struck two days before the passengers were due to be transported to Folgardia, Italy.

Sales and Marketing Assistant, Hannah Moore, says: “Our operations team realised that the client had mistakenly booked a 62-seater coach and not accounted for the extra driver needed.”

Bouden was quick to rectify the problem by purchasing, specifically for the international tour, a 63-seater Scania OmniExpress.

Director Adel Bouden says: “Clients are at the heart of everything at Bouden Travel. We were quick to act, coming to the rescue by purchasing this new 63-seater and ultimately saving the day.”
