New bus interchange opens in Chester

Park-and-ride services began operating from Chester’s new bus interchange last week ahead of a full opening on Monday (5 June).
It replaces the Princess Street bus exchange and will cater for 90 departures per hour at peak periods. The old facility will be consumed by the proposed £300m Northgate development although coach and taxi access remains for now.
