Plymouth Citybus has added 11 Alexander Dennis Enviro400 City double-deckers to its fleet, representing an investment of £2.6m.

They entered service on Sunday (8 December) and work services 42 and a park-and-ride route. The date also marked 10 years since Plymouth Citybus became part of the Go-Ahead Group.

Each bus can carry 106 passengers. They are the same as 16 earlier examples, which were introduced in 2017.

Says MD Richard Stevens (pictured): “These buses underline our commitment to Plymouth and to giving our passengers the best possible experience.”
