Aintree Coachline has taken delivery of an Alexander Dennis Enviro400, supplied by the manufacturer.
It is the ninth Alexander Dennis bus that the Merseyside operator has purchased since 1996 and it comes with 85 SmartSeats that include belts. Utilisation will be on school services and private hire. The Enviro400 is painted in a distinctive chilli red livery, with matching internal trim.
Says Aintree Coachline Founder and Director John Cherry: “A lot of our work requires high passenger capacity. With its combination of 85 belted seats and a well-established driveline and supplier, the Alexander Dennis Enviro400 offers us great value for money and the confidence that it will be backed up throughout its operational life.”
Adds Alexander Dennis Regional Sales Manager Lee Salt: “The Enviro400 is a proven solution for any operator that needs a high number of seats in a familiar vehicle.
“Like every one of our buses, it comes with the flexibility to customise its interior, as well as whole-life AD24 aftermarket support that ensures it will continue to add value for John Cherry and the team at Aintree Coachline.”
The vehicle is completed with a cherished registration mark that captures the initials of both Mr Cherry and the Liverpool business.
