Strong demand for hybrids, says Volvo
Volvo reports strong demand for its hybrid buses, as Britain, Spain and Belgium top the past year’s sales for them.
Up to 39% more fuel-efficient than equivalent diesel buses, Volvo’s full hybrids have sold over 4,000 units to customers in 23 countries.
Between 1 January 2018 and 1 April 2019, Volvo sold 817 hybrid buses.
