Irizar is recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to be based at their office in Worksop.
To help deliver and support their sustainable mobility solutions, Irizar is recruiting for a Customer Support Manager, focusing on electric bus in the UK market.
This is a new role, giving the successful candidate scope to “make it their own”. We expect the day to day content will be varied, but with the goal of ensuring the smooth delivery of our electric buses, and supporting the Customer from an aftersales perspective throughout their Irizar ownership.
Core areas of focus include:
- Manage the vehicle import, PDI and Customer acceptance process
- Co-ordinate and manage regular service review meetings with customers
- Produce weekly/monthly management reports and KPIs
- Take ownership of defects and technical issues, mobilizing factory support as required.
- Work with FSEs and partners to minimize vehicle downtime
- Ensure the effective planning and implementation of recall campaigns
- Continually seek improvement initiatives to enhance the Irizar ownership experience
Reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales in the UK, the incumbent will also have significant involvement with the e-mobility team in Spain.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the vehicle engineering space, either via formal qualifications or experience, who also has managerial and business management skills. Above all else, you must be resilient, flexible, and prepared to “get the job done.”
- Some flexibility on location – M25 area or daily commuting distance of Worksop, Nottinghamshire preferred.
- Must be prepared for frequent UK travel & overnights, and regular visits to Spain.
