Drivetech is hiring for Driver Quality Monitoring (DQM) Assessor (Birmingham, Manchester, and Warrington).
Driver Quality Monitoring (DQM) is based around covert driving assessments of bus drivers when they are in service. A DQM assessment indicates any aspect of a driver’s behaviour that falls short of the requirements and expectations of passengers. Each assessment is a minimum of 20 minutes in duration. Up to 10 assessments per day.
Key deliverables:
• Conduct impartial and independent reports on bus drivers
• Submit reports accurately using a dedicated reporting and feedback provision through electronic reporting
• Report facts accurately
• Independent time management
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory:
• DCPC Card
• Current Category D on driving licence
Desirable
• Advanced driving or assessing qualifications
• Bus driving experience preferred but not essential
• Computer literate
