Fourway Coaches is hiring for a General Manager to be based in West Yorkshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the Fourway Coaches operation in West Yorkshire, working with a team of people to deliver first class coach and bus services.
Our coach hire division operates a mixture of private hire, sports team transport, contract work and school transport in a wide-ranging fleet, whilst the small bus fleet operates one local service under contract for a local authority.
We are looking for a professional, committed, positive individual.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of coach operations including staff allocation
- Legal compliance with EU drivers hours regulations
- Excellent client management
- Demonstrable success of managing employees.
- A Management CPC qualification, or the willingness to obtain one is essential, as the post-holder will be a licence holder.
This is a busy, varied role which will require excellent time management and the need to support and guide a small team of office-based colleagues. The post holder will identify new markets and help us to expand our coaching operation, whilst always having high quality service delivery and reputation in mind.
