What You’ll Do:
- Monitor network performance and service reliability
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Produce performance reports and recommendations
- Support network planning, scheduling and resourcing utilisation
- Work with operational teams to ensure high service standards
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with bus scheduling software (Omnibus or equivalent)
- Bus timetabling and vehicle utilisation planning
- Understanding of service punctuality and schedule adherence data
- Data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable: PSV Category D licence
