The Belfast Health and Social Care Trust has taken delivery of five Mercedes-Benz Sprinters with coachbuilt CM range composite bodywork, supplied by EVM.
EVM introduced the CM composite line-up in 2021. It brings low weight, high durability and a versatile cabin.
As a result, the seats are fitted in a 2+2 layout, while a rear mounted PLS lift is part of the specification. Although the Sprinters in question are diesel-powered, the bodybuilder offers a zero-emission option.
“The extended life of the lightweight composite body was a real attraction and fitted into the customer’s continuous planning around the reduction of its whole life costs,” says EVM. The Trust will take further EVM vehicles over the coming months.
