Eagle Coaches of Bristol has added a Scania K 360 with distinctively-painted MOBIpeople Premium bodywork to its fleet, supplied by BASE Coach Sales.

The vehicle is 12.5m long and 3.7m high, and it has 70 Prime seats in a 3+2 layout. All come with three-point belts, while also part of the specification is PSVAR readiness to permit straightforward full conversion later.

That has seen the installation of white LED destination displays and an additional door behind the front axle for later use with a lift, along with a ‘letterbox’ in one of the top-hinged luggage bay doors.

Underfloor storage space is around 10 cubic metres. Power comes from the DC09 engine developing 360bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox and the coach immediately generated a positive response from driving staff at Eagle Coaches, reports BASE.
