Two 14.1m, 61-seat i6S integrals have joined the Basildon fleet of Peter Godward Coaches, supplied by Irizar UK (01909 500514).

Godward was an early adopter of DAF-engined Irizar integrals, taking two of the first to arrive here. One, a 2012 PB, has been traded in against the new coaches, which each have the MX-13 engine rated at 480bhp coupled to ZF’s Traxon automated manual gearbox.

Says Director John Godward: “We are pleased to continue our great relationship with Irizar by the purchase of two more quality coaches.

“Reliability and backup, together with kerbside appeal, make the Irizar integral product highly desirable.”

A centre toilet, CCTV and a driver’s bunk are fitted to each of the new additions.
