With more and more operators looking for integrated fleet management technologies to replace current paper or standalone digital systems, Aquarius IT will be showcasing its full range of compliance and Earned Recognition approved management solutions at this year’s trade shows, starting with the Commercial Vehicle Show this month, and ending with Coach and Bus UK in November.
This will include showing their popular Asset Maintenance portal, which integrates with the company’s tacho analysis system, defect App, and eSIGN technologies and is transforming the way operators manage, communicate, connect, and report on all areas of fleet management relating to vehicle maintenance / inspection and driver activity.
Alongside this, Aquarius will be introducing its new Asset Finance system, which works in tandem with Asset Maintenance to give operators and workshop managers an intuitive way of tracking costs, and monitoring maintenance / part costs related to each asset. The flexibility of Asset Finance also enables commercially-run workshops to examine and report on costs related to external operations.
The team will also be demonstrating all the latest features in Time & Attendance, which in recent times, with remote working and driver shortages for example has augmented and become an important ‘added value’ solution within Aquarius’s integrated model. Its connectivity with the tacho-analysis data, means that it can help operators dynamically manage administrative-burdensome tasks related to employee hours, shifts / rotas, holidays, expenses and pay – with all customers citing a significant reduction in paperwork and increased efficiencies.
Mark Johnston, Aquarius IT’s Director; “In 2022, we recorded our busiest year and central to this success has been our total-system approach to managing all areas of fleet management data on one digital platform. By combining these technologies, our software allows operators to have full visibility of their fleet in real-time and to be able to uniquely drill deeper into this linked driver and vehicle information for even greater clarity.”
“This is not only proving to be beneficial for compliance and safety – as well as for those seeking or reporting on Earned Recognition – it is also helping our road transport customers run more efficiently, both financially and practically. We have many case examples of this, from both large and small operators, and we look forward to showcasing how our approach is delivering real results at all the main trade shows in 2023.”
‘Road Ahead Theatre’
At the CV Show, Aquarius IT’s Compliance Manager, Marc Caplin, will be presenting in the ‘Road Ahead’ Theatre on Wednesday 19th April at 2.30pm, to discuss the new Smart TACHO VERSION 2 and what the arrival of this new technology later this year will mean for operators.
