Suspension of O-Licence comes before variation

Abdul Razaq has had his O-Licence suspended for 14 days and cut to three vehicles by TC
Breaches of the drivers’ hours and tachograph rules have resulted in the National O-Licence held by Birmingham-based Abdul Razaq being suspended for 14 days by Traffic Commissioner (TC) Nick Denton.

In addition, the TC cut the authorisation from five to three vehicles on financial grounds saying that Mr Razaq could at any time apply to have that variation cancelled if he could demonstrate that he had regained financial standing for five vehicles.
