Arriva has appointed Stuart Cockburn as the Group’s Strategy and Development Director.
With a blue-chip background, he joins from broadcasting and telecoms company Arqiva and will be a member of the Arriva’s Group Executive Committee andbe responsible for strategy, business development and asset management.
He has delivered “strategic and transformational change in industries facing new growth opportunities and disruptive change”, says Arriva.
Arriva CEO Manfred Rudhart adds: “He joins us at a defining time for Arriva. The way we deliver transport for our clients and customers is changing, and that presents to us great opportunities, and also some significant challenges.
