DVLA ADD licence checking to change

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) means that the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) is changing its driver licence checking service, Access to Driver Data (ADD) from 25 May.

The current D796 consent form will continue to be valid for a three-month transitional period to 25 August, after when only D906/ADD forms (which start from 25 May) will be valid.
