The Devil’s Porridge Museum on the Scottish border is holding two new exhibitions in 2018.
The first focuses on Chapelcross Power Station, Scotland’s first nuclear power station, with a 360-degree virtual reality tour exploring where plutonium and tritium were produced for the atomic bomb.
The second is The Importance of Women, marking the 100th anniversary of women getting the right to vote in Britain.
Both open this month.
Sarah Harper, the Devil’s Porridge Museum Collection Manager, says: “We are very excited to be revealing both exhibitions for 2018, which is also a big year for us, as we mark the anniversary of the end of the First World War. More news about that to come!”
