Patrick Butcher, Go-Ahead’s Group Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Group to join Capita Plc as Chief Financial Officer.
Says Mr Butcher: “I've really enjoyed my time at Go-Ahead and believe that the Group is in a strong position.
“I look forward to watching the Group continue to succeed as its strategy delivers sustainable growth for the benefit of all its stakeholders.”
He will be staying with Go-Ahead for the next few months to support the business during the search for a successor.
