Mistral Group has added a new vehicle supply division to its portfolio called Mistral Mobility. It has been established to offer accessible minibus products from the Treka Bus range for nationwide hire with local authority requirements in mind.
Coachbuilt Treka Mobility+ and Treka Mobility van conversion models make up the product range, which is expected to focus on use of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter as the dominant base vehicle. Euro VI diesel is the present offer, but a Mistral Group spokesperson does not discount exploring zero-emission options.
All minibuses that form part of the Mistral Mobility offer the flexibility of either 16 passenger seats or six wheelchair user positions. Minimum hire period would be six months, although the spokesperson says that all enquiries will be considered.
Adds Mistral Group Managing Director Steve Low: “We are very excited to enter this new area and bring our sector-leading service levels to the local authority market. We have ambitious plans and have several batches of vehicles on order to ensure immediate availability from July onwards.”
All vehicles provided by Mistral Mobility are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty “and are supported by our dedicated aftersales team throughout the duration of the rental agreement,” Mistral adds.
